registery issue
i bought a property by UIT ("NAGAR PALIKA". i bought a corner plot and i have the registery of it. but now when i wanted to sell it, i got knew that i had been alloted the plot number of next plot. but registery is of corner one. I asked UIT for answer but they didnt answered. please help me on how to get the corner plot.

Property Tax
Bought land, built house (2& 1/2 ) floors, for Rs 40 lac. Occupation Cert of Oct 2006. Selling two floors for 90 lac in Jun 2010. How much will be property tax & can I save by reinvesting? I have a Co. Is it ok to invest through the Co, to save Property tax?

registry mistake
we have purchased a flat from a local builder but and also did the registry from noida Authority but there is a slight address mistake in that registry, i.e please tell me what to do now to correct the address so that i can resale that flat?

Property Registration
I have bought the property 5 Yrs back and the builder is not get the property regestered on my name yet. He says that its in Mortergage and HUDA(Hyderabad Urben Development Authority) has to release the property only than he can regester it on my name. I have paid all the amount to builder via a Bank Loan. How to find the current status of the property, whether HUDA has released or not. Also will I have any problem as the property is not regestered on my name yet.
Home Loan Eligibility for Aged
My father who is 78 yrs old wants 30 lakhs home loan for which I, his 2nd son willing to stand guarentor. But bank is objecting quoting his age and says that tyhe property to be transferred to my name either by Gift or settlement deed. Is it correct? Will POA in my name will do or any agreement between me & father on transfer of propoerty would suffice. PL. clarify.

rules against dishonour to sale agreement
I am buying a house of an individual(not a builder but a normal resident) in dehradun.I had already got a sale agreement done in oct 2009 with the seller according to which i have time till 31 aug 2010 to finally get saledeed made on my name. But day before yesterday the seller informed me that somebody else is paying him much more than we have in the agreement. So he will not be selling the house to me now.i have already paid some amount to him as advance in agreement.The agreement was prepared by an advocate on stamp paper. So my question is can the seller dishonour the agreement and sell the house to somebody else before 31 aug 2010? If i go to dehradun before 31 aug 2010 for final purchase of house and the seller refuses to sell it what can i do against this as i have already paid some amt as advance to him? Does my sale agreement not carry any value if i have not done it NOTARY? Do i need to do something with the sale agreement to fetch it more value? In that case how can i force him to sell the property to me or to return my money given in advance?
