Hi i'm intending purchasing a Commercial Property in Delhi & the present Occupant has a LAP of 1 Cr on the same from a bank - he is not in a position to pay up & clear the same !! The Reg. Value is around 30 L How can the papers be released from the Bank !!

i am a senior citizen & a trustee of a public trust. In our owned property we asked a developer to put up a building at our cost.he did so and obtained the occupation certificate from the local authorities.he then requested us to allow him use of a major part of the building for social welfare activities which we granted to him on condition he would maintain the entire building for a period of time.the time has now elapsed but he is not giving us the plans, drawings, receipts, deposit paid challans, etc with some excuse or the other. besides the land ownership documents he is holding everything else. Can you please advise us what all documents, plans, receipts, etc we must get from this developer before we sign that we are satisfied that there is nothing outstanding from him.Can you help us

Which company to take loan from
I have purchased a property in mumbai and had applied for home loan from two intuitions ie. LIC housing Finance and Axis Bank. Both have approved my loan but the terms are slightly different. Now, I want to decide which Intuition should I take the loan from? Which will be beneficial for me in long term? The details are as below: The loan tenor for both of them is 25 years Axis Bank - 8.25% fixed for first 2 Years, Revolving there after current revolving rate at MRR -3.25% (Currently at 9%) LIC Housing Finance- 8.9% fixed for 3 years and revolving rate there afterm currently at MMR -2.5% (Currently at 10%)
