Hi,
I am buying a Flat in pune , the builder suggested me to go for ADF facility as he says its will benefit him and me also.
Total cost including registration etc= 51,00,000, interest rate is 10.75%
Discount offered by builder if ADF is taken= 50,000, so the cost comes down to 50,50,000.
The flat possession is on Dec 2012, so approx 11 months more.
HDFC is approving 36,00,000 loan upon my eligibility so I will be paying the remaining in cash to the builder.
Please suggest me if it is good for me or am i being fooled by the builder. Are we both builder and I benefiting from this or only the builder.
