I have booked a plot and 10% value with the develaper at saharanpur(U.P) BUT I IM RESIDING at FATEHGARHSAHIB(PUNJAB),my all ID existing at residi ng place. I am railway servant and posted at residing city . Where should I applied for loan i,e at the city where to purchased the property or wherer I am residing and posted.

If you will shift in your new property then you need to go where you buying the property of if you are investing your money but you will not shift so you need to go at your residence place branch.

Most housing finance companies will give you a loan in the city where THE PROPERTY IS LOCATED and not the city where you reside.
For eg. if you are a NRI staying in the USA but the property is in Chennai then you must apply to the chennai branch of the housing finance company to get a loan.
You must apply to the bank in saharanpur(U.P)
