home loan

I have own land at Hyderabad, I want to construct House, actually i have taken my salary through cash, and form16 is available for the last 3 years is it possible to take home loan?

First Answer

You will get credit for salary declared in form 16 only. Some of the PSU banks may adopt a lenient approach for receipt of salary by cash and ask you to place some other assets as collateral or as you to get a guarantor for the loan.
