hi, i myself is a banker and i dont think thiers a problem in taking a loan and purchasing a property in other state but think is to only comply with things to be met with the finanacial institutions. for any assistance call 9967243952

You can take a loan in any other state upto about Rs.15-18 lacs based on your salary. At present we would advice you to take a floating rate loan as interest rates will stay soft in the coming 2-3 years

Yes.  You can apply from Hydrabad & purchase flat in Mumbai eventhough you don't have any address proof here.  You have to follow the rules & regulations of the bank & contact us for guidance.
