What is the FSI Available in Mumbai

i wanted to know that if i m buying a plot for residential property in the central suburbs of 7000 sq.ft what would be the carpet area that i wud be able to charge the cunstomers. what is the caculation of Balcony, Staircase, Flower Beds, Niche Area. Please Advice

First Answer

Normally the regulation will give you upto 2 FSI in mumbai. Hence you can construct about 15000 sq ft. PLUS another 10% for staircase and balcony. Further you can bump this up by about 35-40% to get the super buildup value of over 22000 sf feet
