registry mistake
we have purchased a flat from a local builder but and also did the registry from noida Authority but there is a slight address mistake in that registry, i.e please tell me what to do now to correct the address so that i can resale that flat? Thanks Yogesh Bhatnagar

There is technically no difficulty in resale even if the address on the sale deed has changed.
If you want you can make a "supplemental agreement" through any lawyer showing the new address, and get the builder also to sign the same and register this with Noida Authority .
