Home Loan
Currently I'm employed at accenture, bangalore. I want to get a home loan for my native place(Asansol, Dist.-Burdwan, PIN-713325, West Bengal). Is it possible to apply for that from Bangalore OR do I need to apply from West Bengal.

You can apply from Banglore if Banks branch is there in Burdwan,West Bengal. Your income eligibility will be checked by banglore branch & Your property legal & technical report will be initiated through West Bengal branch.
hope fine .i pleased to reply of your quire for home loan. as per my suggestion you apply home loan from Banglure only .coz it will be easy for lender to do your verification .most of the Bank accept only those proposal if the applicant business or office near by locality for easy verification ,suppose you apply loan through HDFC Banglure they will disbursed the loan from Asansola Branch.one thing i want to tell you before applying home loan from ANY Bank or NBFC you must check that "that particular project where you buying home is approved by that bank.suppose you are applying loan through HDFC you just check weather this project is approved by HDFC, if not approved project ,then ask your builder or broker plz tell me the name of Banks or NBFC those who approved the project & then you applied the loan which is best suite to you.again you apply loan from bangluru only.
