How Can i Deal With MMRD Properties
Dear Friends i hve a Big Flot To sell its not mine im a real estate dealer ,tht plot under MMRD (Government) so no one know where it is but i know tht now i want to deal with tht plot on commission basis,but i dont know how to deal with tht, if i told to builder about tht location den he dont need us ,he can directly talk with officilas im really confused

The best way is to take a letter of commitment from the builder saying that he will pay you brokerage for the services that you have rendered to him for locating property ( you can mention the approx location of the property in the letter) only then show him the property. further after he has seen the proeprty he can sign a document with you saying that he has seen the property through you.
