Home Loan Prepayment

Dear Sir, If we do a pre payment for a part of the loan amount. Do the bankers reduce the EMI or reduce Tenure keeping the EMI as it is. Please advice it for LIC housing loans

Hi, If you will request to reduce your current emi then you need to swap your cheques or ecs then only possible to reduce emi otherwise tenure will change as per revised rate. Naresh Banda. 9819424701.
