agents brokerage.
hello. i want to know that how does the brokerage system of estate agents work?some ask for 2 months, some for 1 month. why is this different. also i want to know that if i am taking a flat which has 2 agents involve (my agent and the agent of the owner of the flat) how do they split the commision? please reply soon. thank you
