How calculate my Saleable area of my Flat
Hi Got a Cidci flat in Vashi Navi mumbai who orginal area was 780 sqft with 12% loading and got a extra room thru FSifeo which area comes to 180 sqft. Now i want to sell my flat. Please advice how much Saleable area should i quote while selling my flat.

If 780 sq ft is the Saleable area based on a loading of 12% above buildup area then the actual buildup area is about 700 sq ft. The total buildup area including the additonal room is therefore about 880 sq ft. If you add a loading of 12% on this your new saleable area is about 990 sq ft.
