Tri-party agreements
I am buying a house in nerul. Builder is offering the flat by tri party agreements which is eligible for loan from bank/institution. This is goathan plot and it is develope under Project effected pepole scheme of cidco. I would like to know the following:
1.what is tri party agreement.
2.it it legally safe for buyer.
3.On whose name property will be register.
4.There will be any problem for re-sale of such property?
5. any further inputes.
