I want to buy land

I am in Finland now, and i want to buy some land in Ongole(Andhra Pradesh), India. is there any possibility that my father can buy land in my name?

First Answer

No foreigner can buy property in India, especially agricultural land. If you are an NRI then you can not buy agricultural land. You can gift money to your dad who can buy this land in his name
