i am planning to buy a land which suits me a lot but the issue is that " the total land is 10 biswa out of which 3 biswa is in the name of person i am buying it and the rest of the land ie 7 biswa land have many partners but the kabza is in the name of the person from more than 50 yrs and no one have come so far to clam that property as we also know the land history. so my question is is their any way by which we can transfer that in our name once we buy the property and the kabza is also transfered in our name..by depositing some money in tehsil or giving it in newspaper
