want to keep only 1 loan instead of many
I bought a new 1BHK in Mira Road in April 2010. After paying the token builder said he will make agreement of 9.5 lac including stamp duty and registration. I am eligible for a home loan of 20lac. but I have taken home loan from IDBI for 8.63 lacs in May 2010 on 8.75% floating. now interest rate is 10%. outstanding balance is 8.58lacs. then to pay the black amount to builder i took personal loan from citibank of 2 lacs, 6 lac from relatives. 1.20 lacs from muthoot gold finance. 80 thousand from LIC. currently i am paying EMI's at so many places. is there any way where i can apply for a single loan and close all other loans ? please guide.
