registery issue
i bought a property by UIT ("NAGAR PALIKA". i bought a corner plot and i have the registery of it. but now when i wanted to sell it, i got knew that i had been alloted the plot number of next plot. but registery is of corner one. I asked UIT for answer but they didnt answered. please help me on how to get the corner plot.

It is very unlikely that you will now be able to get the corner plot from the developer after signing the agreement unless you have a written allotment letter or any such document saying that you had negotiated and bought the corner plot in the first place.
