investing in shilas by raheja developers

I have a 2 BHK flat in Dwarka worth 65 lacs, If i sell my flat there and invest in a 3BHK flat in shilas project of raheja developers at dwarka expressway (worth 95 lacs),then can somebody tell me is me decision is correct.
