registration of power of attorney

I have a flat in IRWO's society in Greater Noida in the name of my father in laws friends name. I have will in my wife's name. I want get GPA registered in my wife's name. kindly advice me where i can get it registered alongwith procedure and cost thereof. Ashwini Kohli

Please go to the local revenue office along with a copy of the will and get the name changed on the property card/ ownership document
