Is it possible to buy a property in India for a NRI without the Power of Attorney. If not, can one make it from overseas?

Yes , you can send Power of Attorney from overseas to the concerned person in India, provided you have ro keep in mind the present situation of sending P.O.A, . It has to be properly stamped from the country's counselate and please catch hold of proper lawyer who is well versed with the registrars process. you can contact me if any query... farzana 9223228502, expertsindia1@gmail.com
