My Builder Vatika has incresed EDC/ IDC charges on account of Increse in Charges by HUDA IN GUrgaon. However, the Project is extremely delayed (it should have been ready by possesion by now) and will take atleast another two years to complete. Why shall we pay for Builder delay as had it complet on time, ythere was no need for us to pay EDC/IDC increase Charges. Please advice if any Legal action can be takem.
