can we reduce the amount of sanctioned loan

we have applied for HB loan. Rs 1503000 has been sanctioned. I want to reduce tha loan below 15 lakh.Is it possible ? How ?

Yes. You can reduce the loan amount to 15 lakhs. You have to give the letter of restriction to your bank before disbursement of loan.
