would like to know if a person wants to repay some part of home loan in lumpsum after the emi has already started then what is the procedure and what would be the balance loan and effective emi

check on www.IndianPropertyLoans.com and you will get the pre payment penalty rates for various bansk and you can also calculate the remaining loan after a period of EMI repayments
